can please someone tell me what documents do i have to send with ds230

All of the following if it applies to you. Also, it is recommended that if you want your originals back, to include one copy of everything:

1.Bar-coded cover sheet

2.2 Passport-sized photographs of the beneficiary

3.Completed and signed form DS-230, Part 1, by the beneficiary

4.Completed and unsigned form DS-230, Part 2

5.Photocopy of the biographic data page of the beneficiary's passport

6.Certified birth certificate of the beneficiary

7.Certified marriage certificate of the beneficiary and the petitioner

8.Certified divorce decree or death certificate for beneficiary's prior marriage(s)

9.Original police certificate(s) of the beneficiary

10.Original military certificate of the beneficiary

Hi,

I was interested to see your post which mentioned the "current delay at NVC".

Could you say more about what you know on this?

My situation is that my I129F was approved at Vermont on 18 September and has still not reached NVC (or at least is not on their system), after six weeks. I am obviously concerned at the delay and wonder if others are seeing a similar situation currently?

Grateful for any comments.

my IV bill is now showing paid again...phewww, no issues for paying it early for me...I should have done this last week, anyways still have time for December interview if they start working on my case asap I did get the checklist email from them today, plus 3 request for payments with all different process dates anyways I am ignoring all of those for now, once they get my DS 230 package I will call to confirm if I need to do anything else...

What are they lookin for? If it is the entire package, then it is a false one... I hope that it is just a falsey

Oh go figure. Now my IV bill online is showing NOT PAID! ha! And I was bragging earlier...hmmm...not sure what I'm supposed to do now.

It's happening to a bunch of us...

I think there must be a system glitch. Take solace that when you click on the receipt page, it shows as being paid.

I'll still give NVC a call tomorrow, just in case.

Okay. I think I'm finally back on VJ. My husband and I can finally move along in NVC again...so no more depressing thoughts. Sending out AOS and IV package next week.

still waiting for the Immigrant Visa Application (DS-230) and corresponding civil documents for each

along with complete instructions for submitting the civil documentation required for this case at

www.ImmigrantVisas.state.gov under the Applicant Document Processing link.

We urge you to send in the DS-230 form(s) and required civil documentation for each traveling family

member in one package to the National Visa Center (NVC). Sending the information in separately may

cause delays in the processing of the case.

got the same email the other a day (CHECKLIST).. we also thinking is a false RFE asking for IV application which we already sent and received by NVC as per AVR
