AOS package is the 864, fiancial package and you send the information pertaining to the finances, taxes, and it is for the USC

The IV fee bill is for the 230 and where you sind the birth certificate, marriage cert, PCC etc... This is for the intending immigrant

We didn't but I did not even think about. It would not hurt anything. That is the same template we used also. Some items we deleted because they did not pertain to us as far as papers to send. I-864 template accepted with no DOB's we used the I-864EZ form becoz we needed no co-sponsors. Write your NVC case number though on all items sent to NVC upper right hand corner neatly.

We are now just waiting for them to enter our DS230 into the system. It is in the building but not entered the system. This has caused a false RFE for missing DS230 documents.

I didnt send a cover sheet like that. Now I'm worried. I sent the cover sheet they had me print off after payment was accepted. It had my husbands name, our NVC ID number and a barcode. I wrote our NVC # on each subsequent page in case some one dropped the papers or has a messy desk and I paperclipped it together as I heard they do not like staples or fasteners. I sent via usps Thurs and it arrived Fri. We still have no emails from them saying they recieved anything.

Right there with you! I truly believe there should be a much faster expedited process for married couples. They keep people apart far too long. I feel like they play God and I dont like it.

I don't think it really matters. I did use acco fasteners because that was alot of information I sent to them, AND I wrote the case # on all the pages. I sent mine in a week ago last Friday and still haven't heard anything but the IV bill is available on the website.

I haven't paid yet because I still haven't gotten the email yet. How long does it usually take to get the email since its showing available to pay on the website????? I hate this waiting!! It's been available since Thursday!!!

Abbie, there's no need to put your DOB on your cover sheet. You can create your own forwarding letter, no need to follow the VJ template.

I called to makesue they have our emails and they do. I suppose there is just a pile of them in process. I am waiting to pay as well. After reading about false rfe's and supervisor calls I think it might be faster to just wait until they ask for it.

Hola Mary! Did your husband get a letter or email asking for the ds230? There is a postal strike in UK but so far David has not got anything from them.
