i will give them a few more days. just wondering if they will review our ds230 still. it has the doc cover sheet, so it is obvious that the bill was paid. guess only time will tell. i have drafted the email already. however, my bank statement has not been closed yet, since we are still in october. the best i could do is copy and paste from online banking. i want to scream and have not even received an rfe, just being told to wait, you would think i would be used to waiting by now

Dont worry, you still have time before the December appointments are scheduled... I think you can go to your bank and get an intrim statement, however, I would think that a printout from your online account will suffice...

I am not sure about the online statement. I did mine at the bank and let the banker print out, write some statement, and sign it.

Now, how long after showing the iv bill is available on the website does it take to get the email? I saw it was available last night, but as of this am, still no email. Not that is matters, because of being Friday, the 3 business days doesn't start until Monday.....

edited to say ours was available on thursday october 15, and we got the email on monday, october 19.

My case may be slightly different since I am electronically filing for Montreal with the NVC, but I got my "OPTIN" confirmation email on Tuesday 10/20. My IV bill was available online since Monday 10/19. The AVR message finally changed that they accepted my 3032 on Wednesday. I decided to call the NVC yesterday and ask if I could pay the IV Fee Bill. The operator said, yes you are free to pay it. So I paid it last night and the money has been taken from my account already. Now I'm just waiting for my paid receipt!

I would suggest calling the NVC if you did not receive an email after a few days and make sure its ok to pay the IV Bill.

ok, should i freak out now or later? i just called avr, and between last night 11 central, and this morning, 7 central, it has been updated that they received our checklist on october 22. now the reason for my possible breakdown is because of the issue with my iv bill payment. so will i get the case complete? or will i have to wait until they sort this mess out. like i said, it is obvious it has been paid since i would not be able to print the cover sheet without payment.

That's great!!! Everthing is all set for you from now on. And one more thing? Did you ask the operator whether or not their system show status "PAID"? I asked them about what's the "Biographical form" and they say it's a DS-230. So now I know what it is. I also ask whether or not their system show status "PAID"? And they say "Yes".

I'm pretty sure they meant the DS 230 packet -- beneficiary's bio packet. Don't worry if you've already sent it out. False RFE.

Is everyone seeing 2-3 weeks wait between the time you can confirm the actual package arrives at NVC and the time they email to say they recieved it? I'm anxious to send the next packet and pay the IV fee but they have not even acknowledged getting the two envelopes I can confirm they signed for already! I would feel better if we had an interview date before the holidays even if the actual date is not until after New year. It's the not knowing that kills me!

I would say if you have a case complete before Nov 6th you should be in the pile for interview assignments which is Nov 9th week. But I am not sure of your specific embassy situation so a lot depends on that...

AOS fee is PAID. Got my wife's documents in the mail today(birth certificate, police report, etc). Putting the final touches on the AOS packet. We're ready to start rolling.

Not up to Naples, They do not know anything about you until the interview is scheduled by NVC and the file is forwarded to them.... Sorry! But just keep moving and have everything ready to go... Hopefully they will accept your 3032 and you can get the package off to them.... Fingers crossed for you

I know what you mean by not being able to make plans for Christmas as we are exactly on the same situation right now. it's just so frustrating!
