i will give them a few more days. just wondering if they will review our ds230 still. it has the doc cover sheet, so it is obvious that the bill was paid. guess only time will tell. i have drafted the email already. however, my bank statement has not been closed yet, since we are still in october. the best i could do is copy and paste from online banking. i want to scream and have not even received an rfe, just being told to wait, you would think i would be used to waiting by now

Dont worry, you still have time before the December appointments are scheduled... I think you can go to your bank and get an intrim statement, however, I would think that a printout from your online account will suffice...

i agree, wait. we paid it immediately, and are stuck in limbo that christeen is talking about. i just got off the phone again with the nvc and they are saying 10-15 business days. i also asked is if this is something the supervisor could do while i was on the phone with them, and the operator said that it is not something that could be done over the phone, because of the research involved. i put in the request on october 20, and still "on the waiting list" to be reviewed. so, again, i say, wait.

I resolved the payment issue by calling the operatior and explaining what has happen. The operator said I was wrong because I pay ahead of time then she instruced me to send her a proof of payment. After I got the proof for payment I then scanned and email to NVC. After 1 hour, maybe an hour and half, the status turned "PAID" and no long say, "IN PROCESS" and I was able to print out the cover sheet.

Dont worry, you still have time before the December appointments are scheduled... I think you can go to your bank and get an intrim statement, however, I would think that a printout from your online account will suffice...

I am not sure about the online statement. I did mine at the bank and let the banker print out, write some statement, and sign it.

I'm just curious...got your DS-3032 accepted yet? I checked your signature page and didn't see it. As for me, I got accepted 2 times, one for email, and one for postal mail.

Totally unreal RFE for DS230 packet. Have receipt and track number and who signed for it they are saying they don't have it. Funny it was delivered 10/20 at 11AM and they sent RFE letter out 10/20 per AVR and I got an email also today 10/22 asking for it. Will call operator tomorrow and clear this up. Maybe it is false RFE since I paid IV bill without waiting for the email but was able to print cover sheet after the $400 showed paid and next day mailed it. Oh well has gone smooth at NVC until this nothing like USCIS hell was and the long wait not knowing anything for 140 days and still watching my fellow april filers flounder because they will not contact a senator or congressman like I did.

I called NVC today after I mailed out my DS-230 packet 2 days ago. After calling I got a respond from AVR saying, "awaiting biographical form from the petitioner" This message is very strange because G325A (biographical form) is for USCIS not for NVC. Biographical form is G325A, right? I can't believe what i'm hearing, I press the #8 to repeat again and again until the AVR said "you have reach your limit, please call again later." I will call the operator first thing in the morning and see what the heck with this crab. Everything has already sent to USCIS such as G325A (me & her), passport biograhpic page (me & her), and so on. Can't wait to call OP in the morning.

yes, it was accepted on the 19th and 20th. i have also received two emails. the issue was my iv bill was available for payment on october 14, and i paid on october 15, where it was "in process". on the 16th i was able to print out the document cover sheet, and mailed his ds230 on the 17th. well, when the ds3032 was "officially" accepted on the 19th, his iv bill went from paid to "not paid" which is how it stands now. it was never returned as "in process", which is why i think they have a confusion. so i think i have to wait until they feel like looking at such a simple thing.

ok, should i freak out now or later? i just called avr, and between last night 11 central, and this morning, 7 central, it has been updated that they received our checklist on october 22. now the reason for my possible breakdown is because of the issue with my iv bill payment. so will i get the case complete? or will i have to wait until they sort this mess out. like i said, it is obvious it has been paid since i would not be able to print the cover sheet without payment.

anywho, glad they have the ds230. one less thing off my plate.
