This 864EZ form is...pretty EZ actually!!!!! Glad I just happened to bring all my docs to work this morning at the last minute.

Im glad its working out for you I know it's all stressfull, I pulled the I-864ez off the USCIS website right after I sent off my I-130 I just did it all then, but I remember just filling in the blanks, I do have adobe so maybe theres something to it. I suck at computers too, I just hope for the best when It comes to pulling up info to PDF.

NO IV bill yet, but I haven't called the AVR since I gave them my emails. After seeing the wait time for the others it probally won't help to call so I will just wait as I can't do much after its paid. Its hard to stay calm sometimes but in our case we had to learn patience real quick and know that we will be together someday soon, and go with it. Hang in there everyone.

I'm probably going to get an RFE for bad handwriting on my 864EZ! I haven't even called NVC about the 3032. My hubby just emailed it last weekend, so I haven't really thought about calling. I'll wait until Wed. or so next week to start calling!

:crying: My AOS payment still says in progress :( The bank has shown paid for 2 days now!! What is taking them so long???? :bonk: I want to show PAID too!!!!

And_Sam, your signature shows that you've paid the AOS fee bill twice?? Did you speak with an operator before doing this? I've read in the guides that we should not pay twice!

Yes I did pay it twice because I had a brain block and screwed up the routing number to my checking account so the first time it never got paid...so technically I didn't pay twice. The first one was rejected because it never made it to my checking account.BUT the second one was deducted out of my account..so I am still waiting.....

I checked again last night around 9pm and it says PAID!! WooHoo!:dance: Cover letter printed and 864 packet is going out today!!:dance: Nice way to start the weekend!!

:help: We got the number from NVC but nothing in the mail yet.

We filled in the forms downloaded from website.

Do we need to wait for David to recieve official letter with barcode before we can proceed?

I keep reading abot people providing NVC with thier email address and getting everything the next day via email.

I am very anxious to do this and move things along but he thinks we need to wait for the letter he will get in the post.

If we do wait for the letter can we use scanned copy along with the signed one I have here and just paste barcode to it?

Thanks!!

If you have an NVC number, then you can call and talk to a customer service rep and give them your email addresses. Otherwise, you will be waiting for snail mail...

Mark

When you got the NVC number, did you give them your email address too? We gave them our email addresses immediately and then got the emails for the ds-3032. My husband used the template and emailed his choice of agent to them. I mailed in the hard copy that I had printed out from James' shortcut. Instead of using the barcode I just used a black sharpie pen and wrote out the NVC number on it, but they excepted the email my husband sent so that way we didn't have to wait.

Mark

Thanks Mark. It looks like we might get through the visa before the house is sold. I just want it to all be behind us and be able to be a normal couple! (well as normal as we can be.lol  )

We got the number via automated system. I see an email on the NVC website. Can I email them our email addresses? The line seems to always be busy when I can call!

I would put their number on speed dial and keep calling. In the meantime you can email, but I wouldn't hold my breath for the email transaction (but it can't hurt firing off your request that way).

it took close to 24 hours after i heard the avr say they received the ds3032 for the iv bill to show up available. it probably wouldn't take that long, so i can only suggest to keep checking. it will come soon. about once an hour should suffice.

Hi Abbie! I don't know about finding out the ds-3032. As soon as my husband sent his in I got an email saying that I can pay for the aos and nothing else. I guess they will take their sweet time or something!

I do know that people have been saying that the bill for the iv comes faster than the approval and that is how people are getting into trouble by paying the iv bill before they want them to.....let me know what you hear!

I sent mine out today! I sent it express mail so it will be there on Monday. I only put the NVC case number on every page except the cover letter I printed out from them. I hope it was enough! I also attached them all together with an acco clip because I had alot of pages I included! :star:
