andrea, NVC was open yesterday i wish they were working on our files but nonetheless, they were there.

You poor puppy. Still waiting for the IV bill? I hope you get it very soon. Remember...don't let them off easy just call them everyday to heat up the line.

ok i just finished running around the apartment i just called NVC, and a lovely man named Max gave me fabulous news said that they are reviewing our AOS, and they have received the choice agent i got so excited, i forgot to ask which 3032 was in review. As in, did they get the email or the snail mail in the system faster. sorry guys. he also said that i should be getting the IV bill tomorrow. so i reckon i will be heading to the credit union to withdraw $400 out of my savings and put it in to my bank's checking account. i get paid on friday, but do not want to waste the day. will replenish on friday YIPPEE SKIPPEE

on a side note, thanks randy for the good luck wish. seems like everytime someone wishes me good luck, it happens. last time, someone wished me good luck on the noa2, and it came the same day. so i will pass on the good luck wish to ms sheka

1. For anyone with a Bank of America Checking, there are two routing numbers on a check. SO should I use the one directly infront of my checking account(113000023)on the check or the one directly below bank's name and logo (ACH/R/T111000025)

2. The DS-3032 at to the email from NVC, is it a must that APPLICANT HAS to return a filled copy of the that which they sent?

3. She sent an email (using the template on vj wiki), with a scan copy of DS 3032 as attachment. Can NVC, accept the email version of DS 3032 without ever receiving the hard copy?

The routing number is the one directly under the "for" line on the check (it is 9 digits)

The account number is the second set of 12 digits (throgh the '' marks

The template for the 3032 from the shortcuts is fine, just send it from the intending immigrants e-mail.... You do not need the original unless you are mailing a hard copy

I had my name spelling corrected in 2002 and my birth certificate has annotation of it. I already sent my DS-230 to NVC but I did not write my wrong spelled name. Will this be an issue? I didn't write to make informations the same as G-325A (my husband prepared it and he didn't think about the wrong spelled name that's why it wasn't mentioned in the form). Now, for the interview, I will request NBI clearance with the wrong spelled name because I have a feeling that the embassy will ask for it. Will this put me on AP after interview? Thanks.

I paid my IV bill on Friday October 9, but the Invoice was generated on Tuesday, October 13. I have been told by NVC that supervisor will look into my problem. They have told me to wait 10 to 15 business days. I am wondering if anyone else had a problem like I have. If someone else had made a mistake as I did, How long will it take for NVC to email me IV package?

Ok Guys i ###### up big time .....

I sent my AOS and DS-3032 last week . Everything looked good . Went ahead and paid the 400 $ . For couple of days it kept on showing in process and suddenly yesterday it said not paid . To my horror , when i tried again , it kept saying that there is already a payment for this case .

So ! i called NVC and spoke to this lady and told her my predicament . She said " sir , you were not suppose to pay the money till we send you the reciept . Now this will delay your case . I will speak to the supervisor and see what they can do . Please call back after 15 days " ..... I was shocked , and it was my mistake. Should have read the papers properly . Actually it does say , dont pay any bills till we tell you to . Now i screwed myself up big time . I was hoping that i would be able to send the DS-230 quick, but now i guess i just have to wait .

Anyone has had this situation ? What are my options apart from waiting 15 days ?

Send us some luck too. Did you just call in to ask? I so want to call to verify if they have received the IV package the husband sent. Maybe I should do that later. Hoping everyone will have an awesome week!

macy, what happened was, i called the avr, as i often do and the status message had changed. said something about sending a packet out, so then i spoke with customer service, and "max" told me that they had received the aos and the ds3032. i asked if the ds3032 had been accepted, and he said it should be today. so i called the avr again this morning, and the status has been updated that they have received the 3032. so it is official the iv bill is still not showing up online. prayerfully soon. and good luck

So basically you paid the IV fee before it was available? How were you able to do that? I haven't gotten that far in our journey so I don't really understand how you were able to pay it...
