Ok. Im getting a wee bit confused. our AOS is now posted as paid. Do we send the I-864 package now or do we wait till pay the IV bill before sending anything. I just got so confused with everything i have been reading.

Prince-I've read that the beneficiary can scan the DS-3032 (signed), you can print it and snail mail the scanned copy. Can someone jump in and confirm? I don't want to give wrong advice, but I know for sure I've read that.

here's what i did with our DS-3032...

i emailed it.

i mailed it from the Philippines

i had husband print a copy i sent him with my scanned signature and had him mail it.

print off the cover sheet and send in AOS, don't need to wait for IV bill.

Can you send in the IV package first before the AOS package???? I paid the AOS fee and printed out the cover sheet. My wife emailed and mailed the AOS form yesterday. I was just wondering if it really matters which order you send in the packages?

No, you cannot send a package until they are ready to receive it... The AOS package gets sent with the AOS cover sheet.... Once the 3032 is accepted, you print out the 230 cover sheet and send that with the 230 package... Now, IF NVC is ready for the 230 and you have not yet sent your 864package, you can send them out of order, but only when asked for (example; 864 is sent after AOS fee bill is paid as those 2 things go together) and 230 package gets sent after the IV fee bill is paid which is available After the 3032 gets accepted...

NVC invoice website needs to have a "remember me" selection

So. I had a question about email size to the NVC because my I-864 email package keeps being rejected. If I didn't optin for electronic filing, then I'd just mail it in, but I can't. Anyway, I call the NVC and tell them my story, I opted in for electronic filing, blah blah blah, I'm trying to email it in but its being rejected, is there a size limit? She tells me, oh, just mail it in, it still shows that we are handling the case. So I say, but I opted in for electronic filing for the Montreal consulate I can't mail it in. She said to me, I don't think Montreal has electronic filing only Japan does. So I said, yes it does, the instructions are right on your website, I emailed to this address to opt in and basically told her the procedure on how to efile for Montreal. She said oh, I didn't know that! I see it now, thank you for showing me that... Can I have a job at the NVC now please????

So I'm still having issues emailing the I-864 package. So I'm going to have to rescan a few things AGAIN to make the files smaller this time. (Last time I forgot to write the case number on the papers) GRRRRRRRRRR The hubby says I should send the info in a few emails. I don't trust the NVC to put them together, so it looks like I"m scanning again tonight... 3 nights in a row....

Quick question, on the I-864ez are just sending in the transcrips for the last 3 yrs good enough or do I need more, worked at same job for 6 years and above poverty guidelines. I know i need the cover letter and employment letter. Just wandering what others have done. Thank you!
