Have you called them and talked to an OP??? That is crazy!! If you didn't get any RFEs you should have been done way before any of us!!!

So no word yet on the PCC situation???

Well my wife spoke with the U.S. Embassy in Spain, and they told her she can get an interview there without a Spain PC. I requested the NVC to change the embassy from Bolivia to Spain. The responded and said they needed proof of residency in Spain. I sent the proof on December 19th and they received it on the 21st. I have called them several times and they keep telling me it is still under review! They have all of our paperwork, and we have not received anymore RFEs. I have know idea what they are doing with our case now!! So frustrating!!

I can understand that... but you have a somewhat complicated case and I am sure they are just taking extra time to be sure that it is OK for you to interview in Spain... Hopefully you will get some word soon!!!

Hello all!

First at all, CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL OF U THAT GOT THEIR VISA ! That is great!! I can imagine how happy u and your loved ones feel now after many months of waiting and stress!!

As my husband said, we r still waiting for our case to be completed at the NVC, I know it is taking longer since we r trying to change my interview here in Spain instead of my country, (Bolivia) We really expected to be aproved until 2 days ago, but it didnt happen, so there is nothing we can do but wait a March date. I have to admit I dont get here as often as I used to.. because.... dont understand me wrong.. I´m so glad everyone´s aproval, but I wish I were one of them LOL!!!! Im so jealous!!!!! I also have to admit these days are very hard. I know most of us waiting to be aproved, dont see to our spouses long time ago, but every day this is harder and harder! I can´t wait to get my case complete and get an interview date!!

Át this step maybe we will get interviews date along with Ms Sheka,

This thread is so special, Finn, Mark, MsSheka, Abbielovesjeremy, redmen99, (maybe im forgetting someone) we started together.. and is great to know all of u r getting aproved!!

My husband tells me not to get here cause I get so depressed, but Im still being so faithfull, I know it is gonna happen! I know we wil get our visa soon! and I know I will be with my husband and all these hard times will be just story!!

I also saw MsSheka is running!! That is the way she is! she never loses time!!

I will post as soon as we hear from NVC.

Well just wish to all of u this year to be great, is the beginning of your new family, good luck and God bless u all! :jest::energy::content::star::dancing::goofy:

Oh Karina so glad to see you back!! I understand about feeling blue (or green!) when seeing all the people who was with you during the initial journey get ahead while you are still treading water trying to keep your head up!! I felt that way when we got our RFE too, but just remember what Christeen said earlier, your case is unique in its own right!! I know you will hear something soon and be with your husband!! Take care and remember that we are here for you! :star:
