Visa Approved!!!:dance: According to my lovely wife there are only three questions asked: Who sponsor you? My husband; How many times did your husband visit you? 2 times; were your husband married before? Yes. (I did provide my ex-wife living address but not sure whether or not they actually review the proof which shows my ex-wife and her husband living together in other city.

Anyway, I am very happy that good and honest people like me got approved. My wife loves me very much and of course I love her same and more. Thank you to the following friends that I came to know throughout my journey here in VJ.

Hello again everyone, I had no idea they didnt send packages requesting the forms and with the forms. Yes, I have the 864 packet ready just need to send it now, asap! But my husband needs to get all his documents, but we have the cover sheet. There are no forms for my husbands packet, just the police and birth certificate and passport photos and all their translations? I need to send the originals and a copy and a translation but do i need to send a copy of the translation also?

Thanks again for all your help, i wish i would of asked this earlier, ive had my support packet ready since November.

Thanks everyone your the best.

Congrats to all the good news and good luck to everyone, sweetcitywife

:star:

Ha, I know! That was what was so funny-they just cut the "passport sized photos" to a smaller size right in front of us! We were laughing after that-after all that work getting them the right size. And of course they only needed one anyway...amazing they still had the ones I sent at the beginning!

The AOS packet is the one you sent with your paperwork for your income tax return and all that stuff.

The IV packet is the one your husband will send. This will have the ds-230 part 1 and 2 filled out but don't let your husband sign the 2nd part. He will do this at the interview at the embassy. This is the one you will include the original documents and translations and include the copies so that way they will give you back the originals at the interview!!

I would make copies of everything..include the translations too!!! Even cover letters, the one you print out and the one you make!!!

Sam is Correct.. Send the Originals AND a full copy of each entire package for the 230 pakcage (which should include birth certificates, PCC, and the filled out 230 forms with part I signed)... DO NOT FORGET TO PUT THE CASE # ON EACH PAGE!!! In case something gets lost!!! And make 2 copies the entire package (one for you and one to send to your SO just in case)...
