well im having my baby on the 13th and my new interview date is on feb 5th so ill be in colombia the 3rd and im bringing my husband back with me takes what it takes.

I accidently started a new thread with this post, sorry, i dont know how to move it to here.

But just wondering what my husband has to send in the DS230 package?

Also, how long does it take to get the I-864 package after i paid the 70.00 fee? I paid the fee on December 1st and still no package? Is this normal or should i call?

I just paid the 400.00 fee yesterday, now just waiting for paid status and the DS230 package.

Hi sweetcitywife~

Your husband needs to gather up his military certificate, birth certificate, copies of his passport, police record and get them all translated. There is a guide you can use for the ds-230 and also look at James shortcuts...that really helped us!

Dont wait around for something to come in the mail (864 package) you just download the 864 forms and have the USC fill them out and attach the tax and income information... You will not get anything in the mail...

11-30-09: GOT GREEN CARD in mail!!!!!!

Citizenship Process;

4/4/2013. : Oath! Now a U.S. citizen!

Dont wait around for something to come in the mail (864 package) you just download the 864 forms and have the USC fill them out and attach the tax and income information... You will not get anything in the mail...

That is what I did, download everything and filled it out that way. I haven't gotten anything in the mail from the NVC....
