So after i posted last night wentt to bed n had a dream that our case is complete...this dream felt so real,and guess what...i got up, checked and it is true :)how happy i am :) maybe next week they will give an interview date :) woohoo:)))))

Good luck to those who are still waiting :)

Just update, my wife interview was on 11/22/2009, visa issued on 11/24 arrived to the US on 11/29/2009. Thanks all for your support.

That is great So!!! Where was your inteview and how was it??? How did you get your visa so quickly?

Interview was in Cairo Egypt; my case was expedited at the NVC. I arrived in Cairo on 11/15 and was able to submit my DS-230, medical report and the original documents by hand on 11/17. The embassy called me on the 19th to let me know that my interview will be on 11/22. I was able to convince the consular not to send the visa through the DHL and to pick up the visa by myself. He approved it and two day later I got it.

I-130/I129f

6/14/2008 Sent to Chicago lockboxt

6/18/2008 received by USCIS

6//27/2008 NOA1

8/14/2009 upgarded the I-130 to immedi Reltive

8/25/2009 send I-129F

9/2/2009 NOA1 for I-129f received

9/10/2009 sent expedite request.

9/16/2009 first Touch since 6/27/2008

9/16 129f and I-130 Approved

9/22 Hard copies received

9/23/2009 NVC received my I29f/K3 still waiting for the I130

9/24 I29f sent to embassy

10/05 NVC case number assigned to my I-130

10/7 received DS3032 and AOS email

10/7 Sent DS-3032 by email and mail.

10/7 paid AOS

10/9/2009 AOS sent

10/9/2009 expedite request accepted, login failed, case sent to the Eabassy

11/22/2009 Interview

11/24/2009 Visa issued

11/29/2009 arrived to the US.

Hey guys! Congrats to everyone that has completed and gotten their interview dates!

I just turned in my wife's IV package after a month delay in getting the damned PCC and forms from Bangladesh.

I am waiting for an RFE though because my wife (or her dad) couldn't find the freakin' original birth certificate. I sent in the copy and my wife's in the process of getting another "original" copy just in case we do actually get an RFE. I am hoping the photocopy will be enough, but I guess I won't know until an RFE is issued, but I am hoping they just ask for the original at the interview.

Wondering if anyone else went through something similar?

We got the interview date! January 14! Things moved by so fast for us.

I got signature confirmation on the RFE returned to the NVC today at 1058!! Lets hope for a log in failed this week!!!! :dance::dance::dance:

Hello Guyzzz First thing I glady to greet all the Vjer's already got their interview date and also visa in hand. I also got RFE it's really frustrated. I've been waiting for the case complete then I found out I have had an RFE just because of the Police Clearance I sent. NVC need the NBI. I already sent the NBI 12/01/09. Guyz how long it takes to be completed? Any idea? GOD BLESS YOU ALL

Hey ETP...I got a RFE too.. :blush: I mailed mine in on the Friday after Thanksgiving. I heard it takes about a week (I hope!) for it to clear. Good luck and I'm right there with ya!

:unsure::unsure: That is what our RFE was, my husband sent me his certified english birth certificate and they wanted the ORIGINAL arabic one. I guess to make sure the english one was correct?? The way I figured out I was getting a RFE was because usually it takes about 7-10 days before you get a login failed on the website and I went for 17 days with nothing then finally called the AVR and it stated I was getting a RFE... :angry::angry:
