yeah, i will go through my apartment and make room for his stuff. will also have to do some more research to see if he needs anything extra, besides his medical before the interview. except for the usual, ie phone records, emails, cards, etc.

diane, that is a good question. i hear of people entering on a vwp all the time while their petition is pending, but not sure about after case complete. i am sure it is possible, but it wouldn't hurt to "throw" that question out there on a new forum thread. you must be so excited getting to see your husband soon. i haven't seen mine since May. last year we went an entire year without seeing one another. so i went twice this year :D

Congrats to those that got case complete.

thanks :D

You mention phone records, emails etc. I sent all of that in as proof of ongoing relationship already. Should we be planning to take more personal things to interview? I dont really want anyone to keep my cards and things as those are precious to me. We could take in one of the wedding albums I suppose. I thought all of that only applied if we got an rfe.

yeah, we sent this all in initially with the i130. but i am talking about since our original petition. i have tried to send a card almost every month. i sent in over 11 pounds at our initial filing, including over 150 pictures, but that was for other reasons. i know at the k1 interview, they asked for "snail" mail as well as email. so i tried to cover all basis. delhi is not an easy consulate, and if they do not have everything just the way they want, then they don't hesitate to ask for it, or deny.
