i dont know what is going on i am stuck i send everything to them and still waiting they got all my documents on 11/05 i dont know from last one week there is no change on avr too please GOD help me my wife and son are not with me please please GOD my wife ask me everyday that what happened did u get the case complete

I'm sorry to hear that. Have you tried giving NVC a call? I heard it can take up to 2 weeks after they receive everything to make a final decision. Good luck, I hope you have a case complete soon.

Yeah..that's good for you..I haven't done my medical exam yet..will do that this Sunday.... :dance:

What time did you go there? I was there on the same dates, hehehe.. I went there after lunch. It was fast and hassle-free.

yeah... what time did you got your result? on the first day, i was wearing a pink shirt and the second day i was wearing violet shirt...

08-24-09: Received approved I-130 (Mail) (NOA2)

NVC

08-31-09: NVC received the case

09-04-09: NVC Case Numbers issued

09-05-09: Received DS-3032/I-864 Bill - Pay I-864 Bill

09-21-09: I-864 Bill Paid / Mailed AOS Cover Sheet

09-28-09: Pay IV Fee

09-30-09: IV Fee Paid

10-14-09: Mailed required documents for DS-230 - IV Package to NVC

10-28-09: Case completed

11-13-09: NVC set an interview date

US EMBASSY MANILA, PH

11-17&18-09: Medical Exam (Passed)

12-08-09: INTERVIEW DATE @ USEM MANILA (APPROVED)

12-10-09: Visa on hand

12-11-09: CFO Seminar

OMG I'm so excited for you two!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Congrats!!!!!!!!!

Our timeline:

2/88: We met in Sydney, Australia at a youth hostel! He's Finnish, I'm American-both were in our early 20s at the time and fresh out of college (so couldn't afford to visit each other's countries after that!). We had a three-day romance, then went our separate ways. He actually was going to Sydney a week later, but decided at the last minute to cut his trip short in another country and go early. Wow.

1988-1998: Wrote "snail mail" letters/sent Xmas cards, but lived our separate lives. I married someone else, divorced in 2006...he lived with someone for years and then that ended.

10/08: Because of a series of random life events, I Googled my Finn Man and found him (but no link to his email, and the website his name was on was in Estonian so I couldn't even read it!). It took me two weeks to find a link to someone else, who forwarded my email to him (we were both single at the time thankfully!!!!). The email went to his spam folder but he happened to check it that day and responded back to me immediately! This was after 10 years of no contact and almost 21 years of not seeing each other after we first met.

11/08-5/09: We traveled back and forth to visit each other. Love at first (second?) sight!

7/09: Married in Helsinki, Finland...after meeting randomly 21 1/2 years ago and finding each other again!!!!!

8/13/09: I-130 sent!!!!!!!!!

Rest is on my timeline!

I had to check it for myself! The AVR is still saying they got our checklist and to wait 6-8 weeks!

Do you suppose we will have a problem when he comes through POE next week for Thanksgiving visit? David and his mum are coming for a few day on VWP. If the POE agent sees case complete in system and we have no interview date will it likely preset a problem?

Thanks :) but it'll be quite a while yet! Are you going to try and make the most of the time between now and being assigned an interview/the actual interview itself?
