I just checked the DHL website, and 58 packages went out from the NVC today. One was to Naples-could that be mine????? Have any of you sign-on failures checked it?

I didnt know there was a way to do that! How cool would that be?

Hoping Andrea gets her failure today and us soon!

I just called the NVC and this time got a stupid chick. She claimed she didn't even know what a sign-on failure was. She still has my case showing in the "final review."

So...I still don't know for sure my case is complete I guess!

Oh, and the AVR is still showing a date of 11/2 for the checklist...

Don't you get an email once it is complete?

I never get any emails for NVC to notice that my case was completed...only the OP confirmed me on the phone.... I'm curious about that too...some get email and some don't...

Like most things NVC it is a mystery!

Regarding my above post about DHL, now I can't make it work. I'm kicking myself for not printing off the info on all 58 packages sent today. Can anyone else access it?

Well the rest of us aren't secret agents!

So...I still don't know for sure my case is complete I guess!

I told you to hang on to my coattails, kiddo! :star: My husband just buzzed me to say that the NVC operator confirmed to him that our case is complete. Another good news from the operator is that NVC will be assigning interview dates through the end of next week. I hope he (the operator) ain't lying!

Cool! The AVR is still saying my checklist was received. Have you checked out the DHL tracking?

The AVR is not current as it still says that they received our checklist response on Nov. 3 and that we have to wait for another 6 to 8 weeks for the next step. No, I haven't checked the DHL tracking yet. I don't know how!!

We get same message only they got it 11/6.

I found 42 today and none to Italy. But don't take that as gospel cos I don't know what I'm doing!

hmm are you a secret agent too?

How do you check the DHL website?

Mark

Good question-because it was a fluke it even worked. You go to dhl.com, track by reference, and put in:

12 NOV 2009A

and zip of 03801

It worked once, and now it won't. I know the above is correct because I wrote it down! It's very frustrating that it won't work now for me. I can't remember what I put for dates besides today's date.

Btw I'd like to draw your attention to something. As a US government agent you should know better than to break the law!

You are authorized to use DHL tracking systems solely to track shipments tendered by or for you to DHL. Any other use of DHL tracking systems and information is strictly prohibited.

You are a bad bad girl and I'm telling!

So the AVR was saying that a letter was sent to me on November 9th about missing documents/info. I spoke to an operator and they said it was just the IV fee and the DS-230. The fee has been paid(as of Tuesday) and the DS-230 should be received today(USPS tracking is delayed). I received the e-mail about both of these missing today. False RFE, right?

Probably. I think we've all had that.

Put EXP 10 NOV 2009A

For dates, put 11/10 through 11/12. There ya have it!!

Our timeline:

2/88: We met in Sydney, Australia at a youth hostel! He's Finnish, I'm American-both were in our early 20s at the time and fresh out of college (so couldn't afford to visit each other's countries after that!). We had a three-day romance, then went our separate ways. He actually was going to Sydney a week later, but decided at the last minute to cut his trip short in another country and go early. Wow.

1988-1998: Wrote "snail mail" letters/sent Xmas cards, but lived our separate lives. I married someone else, divorced in 2006...he lived with someone for years and then that ended.

10/08: Because of a series of random life events, I Googled my Finn Man and found him (but no link to his email, and the website his name was on was in Estonian so I couldn't even read it!). It took me two weeks to find a link to someone else, who forwarded my email to him (we were both single at the time thankfully!!!!). The email went to his spam folder but he happened to check it that day and responded back to me immediately! This was after 10 years of no contact and almost 21 years of not seeing each other after we first met.

11/08-5/09: We traveled back and forth to visit each other. Love at first (second?) sight!

7/09: Married in Helsinki, Finland...after meeting randomly 21 1/2 years ago and finding each other again!!!!!

8/13/09: I-130 sent!!!!!!!!!

Rest is on my timeline!

Oh never mind! My Finnish Naples package!!!! Well, it started out at 7lbs with USCIS. So what did they dump???

I don't know if that's mine. I've been snooping around VJ trying to find other Italy ones...and I just got sign-in failure on Tuesday. Would they ship out that fast?

I have no idea. Most of them say 1lb so that one is bigger so it could be yours.
