Congrats to all the Case Completes and Login failures! Ooh Ooh pick me next!!! :dance::dance:

Remember when we got approved before you...and now you're on the verge of case complete and we're still waiting :rolleyes: Never mind, we're moving again...but why is MsSheka still waiting for her NOA2 - what could have happened I wonder?

I have no clue and i just have this feeling like they are going to process the K3 first :unsure:

Remember when we got approved before you...and now you're on the verge of case complete and we're still waiting :rolleyes: Never mind, we're moving again...but why is MsSheka still waiting for her NOA2 - what could have happened I wonder?

I wish I knew. There should be more transparency in the process. We send things and wait and wiat with no clue as to what is really happening. I wonder if our case is being reviewed or is it in a box with a dozen more waiting to be data entered into system. I am guessing it is something like a reviewer is ill or away or else she would have got an rfe.

Diane, it's hard for me to remember when anyone sent their 230 package! When did you send yours? And what date is on the AVR that they received your "checklist?" If it helps figure out timelines, I sent mine on 10/27, they got it 10/28, and 11/2 was the date they received my checklist (which of course is just a bunch of blah blah blah). Your turn is coming soon!!!!!

I mailed it 11/2, they signed for it 11/3 and on 11/9 the AVR says they got it but then the same day they sent email with checklist saying they need DS-230, which they already have! I called operator and she said it has not been officially entered yet and to check back in a week.

I mailed mine out on 10/28 and signed for on 10/29 and received on 10/31 I wonder......

here on vj. her husband (usc) died of cardiac arrest. then last year, someone's fiance was hit as a pedestrian in a car in canada. sadly, he didn't make it either.

Oh no!! That is just horrible! I don't EVEN want to start to imagine going through something like that :((F)

I have been looking at Igor's list, and it doesn't look like they are processing any of the CR1's yet still...Or even the K3s.

I hope it picks up soon so you can be in NVC with us! It feels like I might be there for awhile... :whistle:

Don't wonder And Sam, except when you get your sign-in failure tomorrow or Friday!

Our timeline:

2/88: We met in Sydney, Australia at a youth hostel! He's Finnish, I'm American-both were in our early 20s at the time and fresh out of college (so couldn't afford to visit each other's countries after that!). We had a three-day romance, then went our separate ways. He actually was going to Sydney a week later, but decided at the last minute to cut his trip short in another country and go early. Wow.

1988-1998: Wrote "snail mail" letters/sent Xmas cards, but lived our separate lives. I married someone else, divorced in 2006...he lived with someone for years and then that ended.

10/08: Because of a series of random life events, I Googled my Finn Man and found him (but no link to his email, and the website his name was on was in Estonian so I couldn't even read it!). It took me two weeks to find a link to someone else, who forwarded my email to him (we were both single at the time thankfully!!!!). The email went to his spam folder but he happened to check it that day and responded back to me immediately! This was after 10 years of no contact and almost 21 years of not seeing each other after we first met.

11/08-5/09: We traveled back and forth to visit each other. Love at first (second?) sight!

7/09: Married in Helsinki, Finland...after meeting randomly 21 1/2 years ago and finding each other again!!!!!

8/13/09: I-130 sent!!!!!!!!!

Rest is on my timeline!

OMG!!!! Did I make a HUGE mistake?!!!! :crying::crying::crying::crying::crying:

I just printed the Checklist asking for the DS-230 that they already have. I sent it according to the instructions after seeing the IV bill Paid. Now I read the Checklist again and I see that failure to include the bar code sheet will result in a delay of your case.

Do I send it in? I just ignored it cos we had already sent in what they asked for over a week ago. Now what?I sent the cover sheet from IV bill as directed. It has a bar code too. :crying::crying::crying:

if you sent in the document cover sheet with your ds230 from your iv receipt, then you should be fine. the cover sheet also has the barcode. no worries :thumbs:
