Biometrics 1/6/12 Complete

RFE 9/13/12

Card Production Ordered 12/04/12

10 year card arrived in mail 12/10/12

TIMELINE I-130

June 29, 2009 - sent packet I-130

July 9, 2009 - received NOA1 (thanks God)

Sept. 9, 2009 - received approval email from USCIS thru CRIS

Sept. 14, 2009 - NOA2 hardcopy received by husband

Sept. 18, 2009 - case number assigned (NVC process starts)

Nov. 4, 2009 - CASE COMPLETE @NVC!

Nov. 13, 2009 - interview date assigned by NVC

DEC. 10, 2009 AT 6:30AM

re scheduled DECEMBER 1, 2009- INTERVIEW - white slip (passport and medical results from st. luke

Dec 14, 2009 - VISA received

Dec 21, 2009 - USA arrival (POE - San francisco)

Jan. 6, 2010 - SSN received

Jan. 7, 2010 - 2 years GC received

Yes, I got a sign-on failure finally-only because I saw someone post in the Sept. thread that she just checked...I couldn't believe it! The fun part was that I was on the phone with my hubby when I checked, so he was right there with me. I'm such a sap. I'm still at work and had to close my door because I was so sappy!!!!

And Sam, check right now! If not today, I bet you'll be our Thursday gal!!!!

09/22/09: NOA2

10/05/09: Received case# and gave emails

10/07/09: Received DS-3032 and AOS email

10/09/09: Sent DS-3032 email to optin electronic filing

10/15/09: Paid both AOS & IV fees

10/16/09: Received email electronic filing accepted

10/18/09: Sent AOS via email

10/23/09: Received email that AOS was accepted and waiting for IV

10/27/09: Sent IV via email

11/10/09: Signon to payment failure

11/19/09: Received email for interview - December 14th

12/14/09: Approved for Visa

12/16/09: Received Visa

In the UK we call today Remembrance Day. We have a 2 minute silence at 11am. The 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month. To remember those who gave their lives for our country.
