this wait is stressing .i just hope monday we get a log in fail my arv says they recieved checklist on oct 30th any prediction lolol

Everyone who has been getting log in failure has been approve shortly afterwards so it is good news! :thumbs:

:lol::lol: It's funny that this is the topic of the day!! My husband just today asked me if I could fly over for the interview!! I told him with Christmas around the corner and it's the busiest time of the year at the hospital (snowbirds keeps us busy..), I would never beable to get the time off!! That and of course the price of a plane ticket right about now!!! I wish I could be there for him, and I am sure that it would help the interview...if it was in the spring or summer it would be a completely different thing!!!

I emptied my savings when I sent the $400 so I dont see how I can go unless I sell a lot on ebay. It is really stressful. We can see London another time if I cant make it but if there is any way I can go I will. It all depends when it is too. If it is before Jan 1st I cant get time off anyway.

I wonder if a live person ever reads the NVC email. It seems all they are capable of is spitting out canned responses.

Oh well I dont care if they are fiendly as long as they process the visa! :blush:

I got the same AVR before the "Received the checklist letter on Oct 31" AVR...Don't worry yet!!

I got up this morning and called the AVR...still the same message... :angry::bonk:

You are probably right. They do not seem particularly quick so I rather doubt they logged,read through and responded to a package they only recieved on Wednesday...but you never know! I'll feel better once I see the stupid letter. :blink:

so, since wednesday is a federal holiday, i wonder if they will extend the interview scheduling by a day. :lol: it is the only "honorable" thing to do :P

Good afternoon fellow NVCers, (It's afternoon here!)

Another day of NVC excitement ahead of us. I'm sure the good people that work so hard at the NVC are determined to get lots of extra work done before the weekend so that more of us can be reunited with our loved ones. They will set love free or die! When I am an American tax payer I will campaign to try and get them a large pay rise for all the excellent work they do. To all those lovely government employees in New Hampshire. I salute you! :wow:

I just called and got the "reviewed your packet and found it incomplete, mailed letter 11/5" message too. From what I have read here, I think it means we entered it into the system and this goofy message comes up that may or may not mean anything whatsoever....

the best way to tell if it is a valid RFE, Mark, is to call to speak to an operator. Hopefully it is false. Ours, unfortunately, was real.
