Hello everyone, Im also joining in here, I recieved my NOA2 on Sept. 22 also the hard copy in the mail Monday. No NVC case number yet, Im seeing its taking a few weeks. Good luck to everyone here. :star:

Thank you for the welcome MsShecka and Kaushalia, I have read all the posts here, been very helpfull in finding out about the NVC and the times in getting the case number. Im good to go with all the tax transcripts, signed ds3032 hard copy from husband as he is still in military, also the page one of the ds230 just will be on hold to send the last packet in untill his release. It was supposed to be sept.1 but they extended him. Trying to stay positive thats its not the 6 months they said, and only a possible 3 or less. He is 30 and usually Egypt will only keep them untill there 30th birthday. They know we are doing immigration so maybe its just to mess with him for a while, Im not sure buts its real hard we have been married now for a year and a half. This has already been a long journey. Im glad are love is still strong and were doing well. On the upside at least we get to talk daily and text to when he is not on his breaks. Five trips to Egypt has helped a lot also. Im very greatfull we are all here. Good luck to you all.

Yes, it should come from his e-mail... If you are also mailing a hard copy, it can come from anywhere!!! Good luck

Congrats!!!!!!

Our timeline:

2/88: We met in Sydney, Australia at a youth hostel! He's Finnish, I'm American-both were in our early 20s at the time and fresh out of college (so couldn't afford to visit each other's countries after that!). We had a three-day romance, then went our separate ways. He actually was going to Sydney a week later, but decided at the last minute to cut his trip short in another country and go early. Wow.

1988-1998: Wrote "snail mail" letters/sent Xmas cards, but lived our separate lives. I married someone else, divorced in 2006...he lived with someone for years and then that ended.

10/08: Because of a series of random life events, I Googled my Finn Man and found him (but no link to his email, and the website his name was on was in Estonian so I couldn't even read it!). It took me two weeks to find a link to someone else, who forwarded my email to him (we were both single at the time thankfully!!!!). The email went to his spam folder but he happened to check it that day and responded back to me immediately! This was after 10 years of no contact and almost 21 years of not seeing each other after we first met.

11/08-5/09: We traveled back and forth to visit each other. Love at first (second?) sight!

7/09: Married in Helsinki, Finland...after meeting randomly 21 1/2 years ago and finding each other again!!!!!

8/13/09: I-130 sent!!!!!!!!!

Rest is on my timeline!

Yes, it should come from his e-mail... If you are also mailing a hard copy, it can come from anywhere!!! Good luck

11/12/2009 - CASE COMPLETE as confirmed by NVC operator

11/13/2009 - Interview date assigned

11/16-17 - 2-Day Medical Exam PASSED

12/14/2009 - Interview at 6:30 AM - Visa Approved!

12/16/2009 - Passport delivered by Air 21 before 12 noon.

Yes you can send in the DS3032 via email but fron his email address and you can send in the hard copy as long as it's signed by him. Once again congrats.. :thumbs:

thanks ray :yes: well, just paid the aos. so it is pending now. hopefully monday i will be able to mail that package off. will also send the hard copy ds3032. hopefully i will be able to find my husband soon. his sister's cell phone is our only means of communication while he is on holiday, and she is busy with her immediate family. will find him today.
