I don't know what Morocco requires at the interview. I know that I had to send a copy of my passport pages for my husbands interview in Jordan. I looked on the embassy website for Morocco, but they didn't have a list for you to send. I am not familiar with the interview process in Morocco, but I am sure that others will let you know here.

As far as pictures, do you have pictures of visits with your husband other than your wedding. If you do, go through them and send some of those.

Do you have your phone bills showing where the two of you have chatted on the phone? Do you have logs on the computer showing where you chat there? Have either one of you sent the other any letters? If you saved your text messages, can you print them?

Try to think of anything showing where the two of you have visited or communicated that you have.

As far as your first issue with the student visa, that I don't know. I hope someone else can help you with that too.

I wish you the best of luck with your interview. I hope others here can help you more.

Waiting.....Waiting....waiting....waiting....and more waiting..........

Other than some of the basic, see I'm not sure if your interview is K3 or IR1. If your case has been to NVC, then they might have your basic information and only need things like pictures, copies of when he entered, maybe emails, letters, chat logs. Any type of evidence you can think of, but when my husband went, they didn't ask for anything. Now if you are doing K3, then the consulate needs everything like police records, birth certificates, etc. I wish you good luck and if you have any questions please feel free to pm me.

Many people who have applied for a family based visa had applied for a student Visa. Just be honest about ti , because they will know.

Your evidence you will need will be letters, emails, phone records. Start the inception of your relationship and then until present.

There is a good chance you will need a DNA for your son.

There is a good chance you will be put in AP, which is common in your country.

Good morning,

Dont worry Sinad, i had a situation more complicated than yours and everything was alright in the interview.

i applied in 2000 for a visitor visa and got denied, i applied again when my actual wife send me an invitation in 2005 and got denied too.

they have evrything about me and the interview was fine even we met only 1 time and got married in my country, they will focus on the bonafide and the good faith in your relation ship.

Dont worry and take it easy, you will get you visa...

Good luck

Having children does not give you a approval. That is a myth, and illegal mexicans believe this too. Child means nothing to immagration. The proff of relationship is everything. Wish you luck.

Applying for other visa wont disqualify, IF you answer truthfully in applicaton, because yes they will know from records kept by them. He should have sent his passport picture, ticket information etc with the application, this application they will have in front of them for the interview....this is where they get alot of their questions from. Get letters from friends and family that know of your situation of marriage and know you as married. Surely you talk or write some, talk on computer as much as possible, save the talk, pictures of marriage, pictures with family...IF both are from there, both Moroccan, both Muslim, (it usually is not a problem) even in very short meeting and quick marriages if your the Moroccan woman. Women iv seen tend to breeze thru
