Hello guys ...

and another question for how long the k3 visa is valid?

and can I travel outside USA or do I have to apply for AP before like K1 ..???

I need to know all this information since neither me or my husband knows anything about what is next ..

Thanks in advance

Have a read HEREof the pinned thread in the AOS forum.

You have 6 months to enter the US once the visa is issued.

A spouse of a U.S. citizen who has been issued a K-3 visa is admitted for an initial period of two (2) years.

and can I travel outside USA or do I have to apply for AP before like K1 ..???

Unlike the K-1 fiance visa, the K-3 visa does not confer just a single admission to the United States..It is a multi entry visa. A foreign national with a valid K-3 visa may travel outside the U.S. without first obtaining special permission, (advance parole).
