Wow, I have never been grilled when entering the UK. They just ask business or holiday and I say holiday. I always use my finance's address and phone as to where I will be staying. I have entered at Gatwick and Heathrow both. Perhaps being ancient helps.lol

^^Oh... I bet. I always take red-eye flights and come looking like a bedraggled teenager because of my height. I imagine they wonder how a teenager gets this kind of money to come to the UK...but I'm 23, work full-time and have a college degree!

During this last trip, I made sure to bring heels and professional clothes to look older, but to no avail, lol, as my flight took my carry on and put it in baggage because there wasn't any room and I forgot to pull them out!

Really though, I had all the evidence and everything this time and yet the previous times when I'd been hassled a bit (never been pulled aside, just a bunch of questions asked) when asked whom I was visiting and said, "boyfriend," now when I said "fiance," they were like, "okay" and just let me through.

9/11: Arrived at Dallas, TX

9/17: NOA

9/19: Check cashed

9/23: Received NOA

10/7: Text from USCIS on status update: Biometrics in the mail

10/9: Received Biometrics letter

10/29: Biometrics

10/31: In-line

2/16: Text from USCIS that Baltimore has scheduled an interview...finally!!

2/24: Interview letter received

3/24: Naturalization interview
