hi all!

i received an email from USCIS that they approved my EAD and AP. it says that they mailed me my approval notice last sept. 24. does it mean that they mailed my card or just a paper with the notice? since they approved my EAD i wonder if i can start looking for a job or apply for a job? am i allowed now? thanks in advance for the reply.

August 17, 2009 - Received NOAs of AOS, EAD and AP
Sept. 15, 2009 - Biometrics Appointment
Sept. 24, 2009 - Received E-mail approval notice for EAD and AP
October 2, 2009 - AP on hand
October 3, 2009 - EAD card on hand
November 12, 2009 - Interview Date / Approved
November 23, 2009 - Green Card Received

March 21, 2012 - Lifting Conditions

May 22, 2013 - Citizenship

I guess it is OK to start looking for a job since it will took time to do it , send application and requirements and go for an interview and wait for "your hire" notice from a new employer.

But safely and sure, you could wait for your EAD notice or card to be sent in your mailbox and in your hand, because you need to show it to Social Security office, so you could lift the conditions that your permitted to work already since your EAD approved and you gonna be still waiting that it will shows in the system your approval of your EAD card. Employer surely first will ask your SSN and your EAD notice snd/or card together, even your driver's license update for your main requirements applying for a job. They used most of it for background check on government system before hiring you.

158 days - Interview to Judicial Oath

268 days - Total processing days for my N400
