:dance: Congratulations everybody! :dance:

They're really in the swing of things now. Assuming no other factors (RFEs, local office being significantly slower than CSC), we should be seeing approvals/interview letters now at a steady rate, 2 months or so after initial NOA date.

Since NOA were being added at a couple each day, 2 months ago, we should expect to see approvals, or at least interview letters, at the same rate, a couple each day.

It's gonna be a good month. B)

I just got a touch on my AOS!!! Still nothing for EAD and AP since October....

I just hope and pray it's not another RFE...there's a saying in French that goes :"Jamais deux sans trois!" (Nerver two without three...doesn't make much sense in English! LOL I know there's an expression for it, but I can't think about it right now) I'm not trying to break any RFE record! LOL

Got my second EAD Card production e-mail today - so hopefully will have the actual card early next week, right? For those who received two EAD e-mails, how long did it take before you received the actual card? :wacko:

We're in the same boat. I have touches on AOS but nothing for EAD and AP :( Hope no more RFE but approvals!!!

Its " when it rains, it pours" or " bad news comes in threes" I think would be the English equivalent..... Anyway I pray that you don't get another RFE . We almost have the same timeline I still haven't received my EAD :( and I'm starting to get impatient especially seeing people who filed after me get theirs so quickly.. Darn RFE it does delay everything. Anyway hopefully we will get a good Christmas present in the form of an EAD. Hopefully instead "good news come in threes!!" the EAD, AOS approval, and green card :)

Like many others, I got a second notice today that Phil's EAD card had order for production. We got this same e-mail on Dec 4th though. Since this is the 2nd notice does it mean they actually sent it out now? :lol:

Like many others, I got a second notice today that Phil's EAD card had order for production. We got this same e-mail on Dec 4th though. Since this is the 2nd notice does it mean they actually sent it out now? :lol:

Cool. I think 4 or 5 of us got a second email about our EAD card production ordered. I think they sent it out already but we won't get it until Tuesday Dec 15th. that's my timeframe. 9 days after our first email, thats when we receive our EAD card.
