The button "Post-Decision Activity" is highlighted. Does this mean we need to do something else to actually get the AP? Is it a piece of paper? Card? Not quite sure :lol:

I think the AP button just sits there at "Post-Decision Activity". At least that's where it is for us. The AP is a piece of paper (document) that looks like the NOA except it has a picture in the lower left. We received two copies of this document. The picture used was one of the passport sized pictures we sent in with our application. The picture on the EAD card was the one taken at the bio.

Sounds like we all do some progress! My congratulations to all of you! and cheer up who is still waiting. It wont take a long time.

I just got this:

On December 4, 2009, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you.

And I didnt apply for AP.

Oh ok, good to know, thanks! =) And wow you are fast with the spreadsheet updates!! You already got us on there :) We did get the EAD approval today too :D

Hopefully Saturday & Sunday brings some more approvals for those still waiting (F)

This step applies to applications that result in an applicant receiving a card (such as a green card) or other document (such as a naturalization certificate, refugee travel documents or advance parole). So far no touches still since biometrics :clock:

2 months since I filed AOS. Two touches on 5th and 6th and nothing since! I hope like some others I will get an approval without touches.. Minnew says I will get it soon since other people close to my timeline have but im not sure. :clock:

Thanks abbynorm1, I really feel relieved atleast knowing that my EAD has been approved. I know it's still along shot for it to come through the mail and then start waiting for the IL. I hope that everyone gets their approvals next week. Best of luck everyone.. december seems to be our month :dance:

3 things made me so happy today!!

I received EAD card and Interview Letter in the mail today at 1.30 p.m. (interview date is on January 19, 2010)

and then I also went to apply SSN too, it's done.

I'm soooo happy!!

hey our case was transferred to CSC at the same day so dont worry im sure you will get yours anytime soon :)

Wow USCIS were busy bees today. I got my EAD email earlier (already posted about that) then at about 8:30 tonight got my AP email. I'm so happy. Next week we should see a lot more activity.

Removal of Conditions

12/18/11: I-751 Mailed - Express Mail to VSC

12/21/11: Arrived in Vermont signed by D. Renaud

12/22/11: NOA Date

12/23/11: Check Cashed

I guess December is being good to us, Christmas is coming so we all need a job! :yes:
