Finally received the Green Card on Tuesday. I may be the last one to receive it but heyyy better late than never eh! :-D

I believe so. Online status isn't always up to date. I recall reading someone's post in Septemeber who received EAD w/o getting an e-mail first.

k1 was long long ago and yes, I know you are supposed to file AOS ASAP but things happen...

AOS one year and four months after marriage...

remember i didnt have any updates for EAD..i signed up last oct 14 and that was it..but i got overwhelming touches for AOS..so im sure anytime this week..you will have yours too :)

Post-Decision Activity

On December 3, 2009, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

got an email, USCIS ordered production of my EAD card.. one down. :)

Djohn, maybe tomorrow it will be yours.

I didn't got touch on my EAD since Oct. 27

and now they just sent an email that they ordered production.

Congrats Anisa!!

I am really hoping for EAD approval soon!! I think they are slowing down though.... My estimated approval date on VJ jumped by 2 days :( (

Haven't had a touch on EAD since 11/20. Touches on my 485 since transfer to CSC.... Well I think I'm at like 7! What's going on!?!?

Thnx. You'll receive an approvel either friday or the latest monday. I have no idea whats going on with the 485 touches. I have been getting one every singel day. Lets just hope for the best.

:wow: GOOD NEWS :thumbs: !!! USCIS ordered production of my EAD card yesterday... I`m so happy :dancing: . I can finally relax for now..until my interview comes..lol. Wow, I actually got an update on my EAD which came to me as a surprise. I am so relieved because I can start looking for a job and I can stop stalking my mailman for now ... well until next week...he will get a two day break from me...hehehe :P
