WOW sooooo many approvals already!! Congrats to those who got their GCs and interview letters!!!! :dance: :dance: :dance: This is so exciting!

I should stop checking our case status online everyday since it seems like they hardly ever update it!! The I-130 hasn't been touched in a month but maybe they actually have looked it :wacko:

09/21/08- Phil arrives in US

08/15/09- Wedding

10/16/09- Mailed out AOS package

01/14/10- Interview completed - Approved!

01/23/10- Conditional Green Card received!

ROC

10/17/11- Mailed ROC package

10/19/11- Package arrives at VSC

10/20/11- NOA1 issued

10/24/11- "Touch"

10/24/11- Check cashed

10/26/11- NOA1 received

11/23/11- Biometrics appointment

I got approved yesterday for my EAD and AP. I received a text at 11:00 PM. My last update was on October 24, so if you haven't got any updates don't panic yet. I'm praying that my GC get approved soon.

Congrats on getting the EAD card. we're almost have the same timeline.. but still now i haven't received any emails about my EAD.. still waiting for that.

Boy, lookin' at the September spreadsheet really helped to predict when this would hit. I called this timeframe 2 weeks ago, almost to the day, based on the average days in the September spreadsheet :)

FYI:I had had NO touches on my I-485 since October 23 until I got this email today. So don't panic if nothing seems to be moving.

WOW- I like the way this is moving... definitely since you haven't had any touches in FOREVER. Maybe we do have some luck! Did you also get EAD and AP? Just trying to see how all the successful cases look. Awesome anywho- CONGRATS AGAIN!

Yeah, I got my EAD and AP approvals about 2.5 weeks ago. It's all in my timeline and on Greg's spreadsheet.

Congrats on getting the EAD card. we're almost have the same timeline.. but still now i haven't received any emails about my EAD.. still waiting for that.

Don't worry too much Djohn, everything's gonna be fine. Haven't got touches on my EAD too since Oct. 27.

But my AOS' touches were overflowing and just got another touch today still my AOS.

We have a lots of people here supporting us and praying for us, just hang in there...ok?

I am really hoping for EAD approval soon!! I think they are slowing down though.... My estimated approval date on VJ jumped by 2 days :((

Haven't had a touch on EAD since 11/20. Touches on my 485 since transfer to CSC.... Well I think I'm at like 7! What's going on!?!?

No touches on my AOS still since nov 6th. 27 days of NOTHING ! :clock:

Called the service number and the automated thing said my case was at CSC. Thats all it told me! :wacko: Frustrated.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

I think we October filers has the best gift for christmas this year. We all filed in October and look what's coming to us. a nice present throughout December!

So what's next? Can I now apply for a SSN?!?!

I got my appointment letter in the mail yesterday! Kinda far, January 26, but I'm not complaining I'm so happy this whole process moved along so quickly. Oh and the only touch I've ever had on EAD was the day of my bio appointment. It still says initial review Oct. 8 online, lol.

k1 was long long ago and yes, I know you are supposed to file AOS ASAP but things happen...
