Their averages are:

Transfer to AOS approval: 43 days (7 approvals)

NOA to AOS approval: 64 days (11 approvals which includes 4 approvals after interviews)

Tomorrow, 11/30/09, is 45 days since 10/16/09, the date that HeatDeath and jokalu were transferred to CSC (the first Oct filers transferred). The next four transferred on 10/21 (including you). It does seem that CSC has slowed down a little.

Application Type: I485 , APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO

ADJUST STATUS

Current Status: This case is now pending at the office to which it was

transferred.

The I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS was

transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office. You will be notified

by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If

you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online

tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service

center at 1-800-375-5283.

We are hoping this is a GOOD THING ! and that Santa Claus will bring the GC here in Northern New Jersey soon tooo ! !

I havent had any update online for the I-485 since 2 days after my Bio was done (11.10.09) and I just got the e-mail 10 minutes ago...

Dont worry, everything will be fine ! Just be patient (and I know how hard it is... but hanging there !!!)

I am not sure if I answered your question ...

My timeline is pretty close to yours. I just logged in to check case status and there has been a touch on the I485 today. Still processing at CSC.
