Congratulations Greg on approval!!! That's so cool. We had biometrics appt today, real easy in and out in 15 minutes. Website still only shows EAD case# not the I485 #.

wow wonderful news in this day, Greg OMG i never see that somebody got nothing from USCIS in a short short time, congrats for that, and for the other winners of this day , from myself i have this too:

Current Status: Card production ordered.

On November 13, 2009, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

If you have questions or concerns about your application or the case status results listed above, or if you have not received a decision from USCIS within the current processing time listed*, please contact USCIS Customer Service at (800) 375-5283.

*Current processing times can be found on the USCIS website at www.uscis.gov under Check My Case Status and Check Processing Times.

Congrats Greg & Xaenyth! That was super fast..

I did my Biometric appointment today.. it went so smooth. The guy that assisted was Filipino, he was nice and talkative and it took about 10 minutes to finish everything.. but at the end he said "ok you're all done, it takes about 2-3 months for your EAD card to arrive in the mail so just wait for it" ... thats what he said... ummmm? really?

& How will i know i got approved for my EAD & AP?

1 week no touches no movement on AOS at all

Hello guys,

I just sadly received RFE notice for 2008 Tax return 1040 Form(date 11/06)..Since we filed tax through Taxcut online services, my wife forgot to keep a copy of 1040 form and only sent out the tax return summary. Now we are trying to access online account but it's unaccessible at this point..Does anybody know that whether still the copy of 1040 form is kept in that system? If not, how long does it take if we request IRS a copy of our tax return?

Many thanks in advance...Very stressful right now..I have a job offer pending due to my working permit for over 3 months now..I tried so hard to get this chance and I don't want to lose it...

Call taxcut customer service and you should be able to get your previous years taxes. I use turbotax and they have all previous year taxes online...all i have to do it login to access to prior year returns. IRS will fax tax transcripts same day only....if you choose mail then it should take around a week.

We called IRS and got transcripts same day by fax

GC Runner, yes, also try to get tax transcripts asap. I hear you can get same day when you visit a local IRS office.

Thanks for quick responses..Those are very informative and finally I am cooling down after 3 hrs of anxiousness. I will try all of those ways and keep you all posted..
