CONGRATS to ALL those Approved ! ! !

... and the weeks only half over ! ! ! let's Hope and Pray there are some more in the mail before Friday !

I sure wish it didn't seem as random. Some of you can see the progress on-line, others of us can not. Some of you have had your cases transferred to CSC for processing - others have not. We had a fast Biometric exam but no further letters. Still I sent in all three years of tax returns and meet the requirement all three years. We sent in the Vaccination record, and the other documents... and tic/toc. It would not be as frustrating except I see others of us getting responses far faster! Grrr.

When we were at the ASC in Casper Wyoming for the Biometric - an individual told us to expect a four month wait for an interview. Did they know something or was it an uninformed comment? Grrrr.

Just what exactly can they determine from an interview immediately AFTER a wedding? If we meet all the criteria - why is there any delay? But I am assuming - we have no word that there will be an interview. We simply do not know.

No mail today 11-11 and no access on-line - tic/toc. :unsure:

On November 10, 2009, we transferred this case I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS to our CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER location for processing and sent you a notice explaining this action. Please follow any instructions provided on the notice. We will notify you by mail when a decision is made. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283

oh God Im so happy!! I pray every night! I hope there really is no problem and no more interview!

Yes it is very frustrating just sitting in limbo and I'm sure you wish you could access your account online Of course then, that would just give you another site to check 10x per day like me!

I also had my bio done last week. It`s been five days since then without any updates. I think everyone who had their bio done got their case updated the day after except mines....It`s driving me insane I dont know what`s going on with my case. They haven`t updated my case since the 26th of Oct...

It seems like USCIS is slowing down a bit I hope they pick things up again...

So at the bio appt, once it's done they are supposed to pass along that we did actually go in for it to the correct office? I'm guessing then that there's nothing we need to mail in saying we went?

So at the bio appt, once it's done they are supposed to pass along that we did actually go in for it to the correct office? I'm guessing then that there's nothing we need to mail in saying we went?

Hello Rebecca,

At the day of biometrics, you will get a stamp on you appointment letter from ASC center which indicates that you have had your biometrics on that particular day. That also the evidence for you to keep in case USCIS says you haven't been showed up for FP.

I havent had a touch since November 6th on my case, after biometrics 2 touches then nothing at all and havent gotten any mail notices or anything. I know its only been a few days but it sucks lol

Sharon and Tchau, if you see my signature, my EAD/ AP approved update came after 14 days. It was like 7 days last months and prior to it... so, now it's just a little delayed, keep heart!! Touch too will come , I hope....

hi everyone, i have a question that maybe one of you can help me with. i mailed out our AOS packet late october and we still havnt received any NOA's, nothing. they finally cashed the check last week but we havnt received anything in mail. can someone please direct on what i can do? and can someone please explain the process to come? what is biometrics? sorry i am not up to date with everything here. thank you

I never received my NOA's so I called the 1800 number and they took my name and what not and they gave me my receipt number so I could track my case online. Afterwards I didnt receive my biometrics so I called again to check if it did get sent. They will fax it to you but you have to find someone willing to speak to you and help you. Luckily we got our biometrics appointment letter on time and have an appointment next week. Hope that helped a bit.

First I called to ask if the biometrics had been mailed since we had an error I our mail. Luckily I did get it in the mail, late, but I got it. When they were going to fax me the biometrics I called all day and finally was told to call at 5 my time,arizona, because that is when the california center took over and he said they have access to fax our biometrics letter. I just said that I had been told before that if I didn't get my biometrics I could get it faxed, that seemed to work and that way no one told me that they couldn't fax me the letter.
