The AOS process feels like it's going so much faster then the K1.

We got our hard copies today and they were dated for 10/6. We're all cruising along.

Yay!!! Got my checks cashed yesterday so now just waiting for the NOA1.... they're not delivering mail on Columbus Day are they???? GRRRR :/

HE made this happen... To God be all glory! :)

05/10/97 - Arrived in the US as a tourist - had been illegal since.

02/06/09 - Met my wonderful husband online :) :)

03/27/09 - Started dating

06/17/09 - We're engaged!!

08/08/09 - Marriage Ceremony! :D

10/01/09 - Package delivered.

10/09/09 - Checks cashed.

10/16/09 - RFE notice date.

Received the NOA for all three - i485, i765, i131!! It must have come yesterday or today but we didn't check till we saw the postal lady drive away this afternoon... :)

Lol... exactly same happened ;) ... Xaenyth, were you able to register your case on the USCIS, I am trying to enter the receipt number, but it can't seem to recognize it!! Any luck on your front?

we found the 9 NOA'S in the regular mail, the website dont show any changes until today, so i dont surprised about that , our petition I129 still appear pendent!! LOL so i prefer see my boxmail day by day!!

I am from San Francisco, CA. and also I have a lawyer here in SF.

People in San Francisco, I was wondering where do you usually send your I-485, I-131, etc. I know it's in different state but which one?

Anybody here from San Francisco CA?

Nevermind. I just finished talking to my lawyer. She said she send it out to Chicago Service Center of USCIS. and she also said I will receive a receipt of notice in two to three weeks, which is I already know it's the NOA's. \

But is it that long that I have to wait? two to three weeks?
