Just got our NOA1 last week, just waiting for our biometrics appointment, hopefully this week :D

Quick question: Do you really haave to wait for your biometrics appointment letter? Ive been reading cases here that they did walk in for the biomet. can one do that? Thanks!

Just finished bio a little while ago, very easy done in 35 min. Now I hope to get the end card in about a week to two weeks.

k1 was long long ago and yes, I know you are supposed to file AOS ASAP but things happen...

What is the exact meaning of "Touch"? I'm not sure what that is, but i always see it on peoples timeline. Is that an email from USCIS?

& How will i know if my case is transferred? Do all cases gets transferred?

Still not available online and still no original NOAs. I called and they said sometimes the biometrics letter goes out quick because they are able to schedule an appointment. They said there is nothing wrong with my case and I should receive the original NOAs soon and not to worry if they are not received. I asked about the case and where it is located and I am guessing it is still at the Missouri Service Center, not transferred yet.

Hey shenan, I think you're okay. You already have your biometric appointment right? I hope you receive your NOA's soon though. :)

Hey Djohn. Yes we have the biometrics letter and appointment. It is set for November 10. Hopefully, it will all show up online around that time. No transfer yet that I know of. I am praying for luck and a smooth process for everyone.

I just checked online again and the case for I485 is now showing online as follows:

On November 3, 2009, we transferred this case I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS to our CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER location for processing and sent you a notice explaining this action.

We have been transferred, now biometrics next week.
