Hello everyone,

I am just back from a vacation, hope all are doing well!! :)

Greg, seems like a lot of people are having the question about location - was wondering if it was a good idea to have one column maybe next to username or bioappointment - that way maybe people can coordinate better abt walkins etc. Just a suggestion, sorry, you have to do all the work.. thanks!!! :)

Now, I can see my 765 status online as well - just that no progress has been made on it was 10/27/2009 - however, 485 has been touched almost every other day, last touch 11/02/2009!! Praying for me as well as for everyone, NO RFEs pleaase....

Congrats everyone who received letters today. I've updated the spreadsheet.

Now we need to see bios for the following, next day or two: nikki-1980, km24, monicaolivo, hudons, luckykaren and RebeccaAndPhil.

Lots of folks scheduled this week to take their bio. Let us know when you do.

@ shenan, did you every get your NOA?

greg, I haven't even received my NOA'S I'm so sad. When I called I was told it was mailed on October 20

We were told our original NOAs were mailed on October 20 as well. We still have not received them. The only mail so far is the biometrics letter.

hey, sorry to hear that, for what its worth, I have a strong feeling that Ill get an RFE too. I just know :unsure: details when I get it. But its ok, just send them what they need and you'll be alright :thumbs:

Thanks. I'm not stressing too much about it, since there's nothing I can do until I know what it is. 3 ideas come to mind though: certified copy of marriage certificate, I-693, or something of finacial nature.

I hate the mystery!!! LOLOL I'll let you all know when I get it...hope I get it this week (it was sent Octy.30th) so we can get to it ASAP.

Hi!

Today I did my walk-in bio appointment in chicago office)) Everybody was so nice. We told that our child can come out any minute and probably we wont be able to make our original appointment)) They accepted us warning that we should hold on with the baby while we are here...lol))) Everything was informal.

Hi Simbafuzz, welcome back from vacation! Hope you had a great time.

Good suggestion. I've added a column to the spreadsheet for the local ACS office. I've poked through peoples posts and timelines and updated ACS as I could.

If eveyone could check out the spreadsheet and let me know if there are any corrections or updates.

Hope there is some good news in the mail today for people.

@ KateMunter: good for you on the walk in bio. Let us know about the baby.

Hmm, that was my question as well. They don't seem to update it online- also, they give you this sheet of paper during the biometrics where we enter all the details, and a man updates them in the local office, I was worried what if the entered wrong, but my husband says, its ok.. as they scan the receipt number off of the bio letter, still....

Simbafuzz, you are right. It's ASC not ACS. Dyslexia?? :bonk:

Sorry for the confusion. The ASC is your local office that does the biometrics, and I guess the interview if needed.

KateMunter, yeah, I was starting to see a pattern about Wednesdays being walk in day. Not sure if every office offers walk in Wednesday. I think you will see a touch tomorrow or the next day after your bio. Don't think there is any other visible evidence of the bio being in the system.

I just got an update by email. They did send me and RFE request yesterday. I hope that it will be somethig that i can send it to them fast. I only hope it's not what am i thinking about.

We are getting nothing in the mail and still showing as not found on the online system. I hope they did not try to send any RFE because we still have not received the original NOAs

YAY!!! I got my Biometric letter (I-485 and I-765) today. Thank You GOD.... I'm planning on doing a walk-in this Friday. :star:
