Hello Again October, I am not sure if I should be posting here or in November because I sent off the package last friday the 30th but NOAs wont come until November????

Still no NOA in the mail. The only thing received so far is the biometrics appointment letter. The is set for November 10. I called the other day and they needed to find our information using a last name search because it is still not showing up in the online database. They said nothing is wrong with the application and it appears to still be at the National benefits center. No other notifications by mail. We will just have to be patient and wait to see when the next update comes along. I will keep you updated.

Hi Shenan, after the biometrics are taken some people are finally able to access their cases online.

we have too many touchs, so this is normal? and i received to many e-mails too, every one saying the same thing, that our case is now procesing in the CSC bla bla bla. so i hope everything is ok.

welcome to the new guys, and congrats for the NOAS and for the biometrics, BTW here in chicago just whit the appointment letter can you go to do the biometrics, they have a huge sign stated.

My case online also says there was a request for evidence for I485 could this be the biometrics or is it normally something else

At least we know that RFEs aren't uncommon and almost everyone seems to get them!! I hope it's something simple that you're able to send in quickly!

Don't worry KM, you are not alone. I think I've checked my online case status about 12 times today to see if I've been touched....

Bad news for me today, I received a RFE Letter : Request for Initial Evidence (I-485).

They need all suppporting tax document (W-2s, 1099s, etc) for year 2008.

Even I submitted tax return and tax transcripts for last 3 years.

So upset today

hi! we are an October filer too..My husband just sent my AOS package last October 23 at the post office but we didn't have any updates regarding our AOS package at this time. I am so worried if the Chicago Lockbox received my AOS package or not.

Hi km24, no, I'm in Hawaii (ACS is Honolulu). Yes, it took 24 days from the NOA date for me to receive the biometrics appt letter. You're about 17 days since your NOA date? I don't know how they do the scheduling of the bio appts. Maybe based on the workload of the local ACS office. It's no fun waiting for it. It's very disappointing each day when you check the mail and it's not there.

I sure hope you get it tomorrow.

Congrats everyone who received letters today. I've updated the spreadsheet.

Now we need to see bios for the following, next day or two: nikki-1980, km24, monicaolivo, hudons, luckykaren and RebeccaAndPhil.

Lots of folks scheduled this week to take their bio. Let us know when you do.

greg, I haven't even received my NOA'S I'm so sad. When I called I was told it was mailed on October 20

Also quick question on your envelopes that your Noa's came in what does it say in front? Anything about not forwarding?? The post office is trying to figure out why my NOA'S didnt get there.
