Anyone here from SoCal?! I haven't receive my bio letter yet.. I'm starting to get worried.. Seems everyone received theirs on time..

I checked the USCIS website and it says the application is still on initial review..

Did some of you called USCIS regarding your bio letter? I'm trying to call the 1-800 but I can't reach someone who can talk to me about this.. i pressed the option 2 for the USCIS case status and there's no option for the operator.. hate it!

km24, sorry it is talking you so long to get your bio. I know how you feel. Our NOA was dated 10/2 and we just received our bio letter this week and don't have an appointment until 11/12!!

We called the 800 number and spoke to someone before we got the appointment letter. They were nice, but not very helpful. They just said if we didn't receive it by 30 days after our NOA date to call back.

Hope you get yours tomorrow or Monday.

I WISH UPON A SHINING STAR!!!! YAY!!!! IT CAME TRUE!! My case is online AND we are transferred to CSC effective October 28th!!! WOHOO!

I called them today and I chose option 2 (case) and then option 3 (lost case number). That took me to customer service within a few minutes.

Has anyone done a walk-in for biometrics in the Philadelphia office? I've read a few cases where people have been refused early at various offices, just wondering if it's worth it to try?

There was an MSC case # on the back, but it won't show up online at USCIS :(

Hopefully my NOA1's will be in my mailbox soon!!

sorry to hijack your thread..Andrea, there was a number on the back of my check too which ended up being none of my case numbers. check the numbers around that one..like the one on my check ended with 89, but my case numbers ended with 90, 92, and 93.

It had MSC in front of it then numbers...then 2 rows of numbers underneath that. Is that what yours had?

elafito, what is the address to this office in phoenix. I live all the way in Flagstaff but that is the closest office for me. Do you have the phone number ? thanks

I did Walk-in Biometrics on October 26, at USCIS Wilshire Blvd.

No problem at all.
