Yes I completed the I-693, the vaccination supplement was transcribed by a local CS.

Hopefully my NOA's will be issued before the end of October! Here's to hoping!

By the way, which service center is your case in, guys? Mine is in MSC (NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER in Missouri). And I would suggest to add the line in spreadsheet if we have different service centers,if not, doesn't matter)

Hi guys, I'm new of this board, I'm glad to have you all.

I mailed my AOS package on Oct 5, 2009, I already got NOA's, and I'm waiting for the Biometric Appointment Letter.

But now I worry about the RFE.

From my research, some people got RFE about Tax Return and W-2.

In my package, I submit his 3 years Tax Returns and Tax Transcripts, I didn't submit his W-2.

He worked as a freelance caregiver for 6 years, he never had W-2.

This year he's got a new job as a caregiver with a company.

My question is if I get the RFE about W-2, what should I do?

It seems I'm crazy, but I worry about it so much.

I want to prepare thing if I can now, I don't want to waste time after I get the RFE.

Please someone help me!!

Hi zynmida, welcome to the group.

If you submitted tax transcripts for each of the years, W2s are not required. For the years he did not have W2 income, no W2 is necessary. If you get an RFE, you can just respond with the facts.

I added you to the spreadsheet (link below). What was the date on your NOAs? Did you file an I-693 along with your package? I'll update the spreadsheet with that data.

The date on my NOA's is October 14, 2009, and yes I filed I-693 along with the package.

hello buddies.. I have a big problem.. We're planning to move to our new house by end of November.. When will I notify the USCIS? I haven't received yet my Schedule for my Biometrics.. But I'm expecting it by next week or on the first week of November.. Will I notify USCIS after I get my schedule? Since will be moving by last week of November..
