That's the answer)) I live in Chicago, that's why I already got my I NOA's, I guess. Because all documents I sent also in Chicago)) It will be in 1-2 extra days for you) I am pretty sure, that USCIS already mailed it for you.

I read in another forum a case where someone sent $70 also they didn't return their packet just the check. Don't worry about it.

I don't mind if they keep this money instead to send back or deny my case because of that!

Hello! Hola! Salut! I think my package will be sent next week and Im confused about one main things, maybe someone out there can please answer me, my confusions are:

1) If im filing the I - 130 concurrently with the I-485, do I only pay the $1010 dollars for both of them (including the biometrics fee) or do i pay $355 (I-130) plus the $1010 (I-485 + biometrics)?

thanks monica!! its just that somebody wrote that as of june 2007 if you file both concurrently you pay only 1010 but id rather be sure and pay extra as long as it works
