Thanks Greg, SnS & RebnPhil! It was a succesful interview, the lady was really nice and she was laughing so hard when I was making jokes and being funny. We also talked about our baby that's coming anytime now..

Hello everyone!

Sorry I've been AWOL! Congrats to everyone who has received EAD/AP's & GC approvals!! RebeccaandPhil good luck tomorrow on your interview!!

Small update:

Went to the SSN office with Inky to get the restrictions removed off of our SSN's....I was not able to get it removed, apparently there was a "mismatch" and it needed to be verified. They took a photocopy of my GC and passport and said it could take up to 4 weeks to verify, then 7-10 business days after that to receive the new card with just my name and SS #. The GC has been effective over a month??!?!?!?!....how is it not in the "system" yet? Ugh!

In the meantime the lady at SSN office said if I had old SSN with restriction on it and accepted a job offer I would need to show my GC. (which i didn't want to do the first place...)If the restriction is removed all I would need is the card and my DL!

Anywhos...that being said I have my first job interview TOMORROW!!! :dance::dance:
