Filing without a lawyer for my spouse (on H1-B with I-130 approved)

10/22/2009- Package sent to Chicago (I-130 approval, I-485, I-864, I-765, I-131, I-693 and G-325A) by Express UPS ground.

11/02/2009 $1010 Check cashed

11/09/2009 Received Biometrics appointment letter scheduled on 11/25/09

11/12/2009 Completed walk-in Biometrics

11/12/2009 I-131 and I-765 touched

12/22/2009 Received EAD and AP

12/29/2009 Received interview letter

EAD and AP are no longer usable when you have Green Card tho.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

Anybody that applied for a SSN, how long did it take to get it in the mail? I know it's about two weeks or so but some get it early. 3-5 days the earliest.

01/11/2012 - I-751 Packet delivered at 10:45AM in Laguna Niguel, CA 92607 to INS Express Mail. Signed by. M. Guerrero

01/17/2012 - I-797 NOA1 hard copy received --- (1 year extension)

03/07/2012 - Biometrics Done!

hi Djohn, i got my ssn after a month because i applied in my married name already which they have to verify first in their database. The guy who catered me said that it will take 3 months but i got mine after a month.. :)

others, got theirs less than a week though

Hello all!

Congradulations on all the approvals!!! :dance: That's great!!! Let's keep them coming!!

As for me, after a few days of being depressed because of the immigration stuff, after my step-daugther, my 2 daughters, my mother-in-law, and myself being sick from stomach flu (yerk!), we recovered and had a little get together at a freind's house last night and what do I have in my inbox upon my return????

APPROVAL NOTICE FOR AP AND CARD PRODUCTION FOR EAD!!!! YYYYEEEEESSSSSSS!!!!! Now I just hope that I will get the actual AP document before Christmas so I can go HOME for the Holidays!!!! :):) We shall see!
