HI guys, our case was transfer to CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER, so we are in the right way, i suppose we dont have any interview!!!!!! :innocent::whistle:

Hello October AOS filers, I am getting my package ready to send off one day this week. I have one question, how much did you have to pay the civil surgeon to fill out the I-163?

I-163?! What form is that?! Do you mean 693?!

I paid $270.. and it includes everything.. the vaccine, physical exam, tb test, and a filled up form I-693..

Welcome to the group! We paid Dr Arnold (who is a popular civil surgeon on this site) $30 to transcribe the vaccination data to the I-693; that price included return postage.

Oops, trust USCIS to give you a heartache!!!

Just on a whim, I called the USCIS and after being transfered a couple of times, here is the big news!!!

My Biometrics appointment is on 26th Oct at 12 noon - - however, I have not yet received the letter!!!! So the lady said, I should wait for a couple of days, and call them back if I don't receive it and have a fax number ready, which they will then fax and I can make it to the appointment!! how crazy is that!?!?

Greg, a shout out to you - you might want to do that too!!!

And she confirmed that not all cases have been put online ... it can take anywhere between 1 month or 3 months to put them online!! :blink:

So, thats the news update at this hour!!! ;)

Thanks Simbafuzz. Great to know that you have the appointment, but worrysome to find out that way. Let us know if you get the actual appointment letter in the mail.

Welcome lovesponge... I had to pay only $30 for transferring my medical information to the 693 vaccine supplement, as I had done the complete medical exam before the K1 visa. I will be happy to share the civil surgeon information if you are in and around Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina :)

YAY! Received Noa's for everything. Can't wait for next step- Biometrics! Hopefully that will come soon. The website is still not registering my cases either- but I'm not suprised as it says that my 129F is still pending.... I guess I'll call next week if it still doesn't work and I don't get the Bio letter.

Guys, I got my NOA's. ( I-130, I-485, I - 765) It is written that applications were received. But my checks are not cleared yet! What does it mean? That they still didn't have a look at my petitions? I cant be sure that everything all right with my documents?

Joka, congrats!! I am just wishing and wishing that mine gets sent to CSC also. Do we know if there is any particular reason that some cases get approved w/ no interview? Certain circumstances, etc? Anyone know?

Also, welcome to all the new friends -- I must say I prefer AOS to the whole k1 process - seems to move a bit faster.
