Ok guys i have a question and i know that i'm getting paranoid. Few weeks ago i received this notice:

The I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you.

The question that i have is does it meant that it's transfer to California or to my homestate office. Thanks for any replys.

I agree with the others. If it was a transfer to CSC, it would have said that in the notice. This looks like a transifer to a local USCIS office. I don't think it's anything to worry about.

so dont worry much :)

yeah..sorry about that..i was thinking from biometrics to approval..my bad..i didnt think from the day it was transferred :)

Another touch today on my aos i hope that means they are sending things out since its already approved? im getting more touches on it now than i was before it was approved!

USCIS often touches with no outcome and then other times will send out paperwork with no touches or notifications!! It'####### or miss!

On December 10, 2009, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I131 APPLICATION FOR USCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

I don't know about that. I received my transfer email a couple of days before the physical transfer notice showed up in the email, and I distinctly remember not being quite sure what was happening because the email gave no indication whatsoever as to where the case had been transferred to. I had to wait until the physical notice showed up. It said California Service Center, and gave an address, etc, but the email gave very little information beyond that a transfer had occurred.

Looking at my transfer email (which ended up being to CSC), it says the same thing your does.

My work permit has arrived! It was approved on 12-07-09!!!

Also, I have to go back for fingerprints on 12-21-09 as they didn't seem to get them properly the last time :( The woman there had HEAPS of trouble, so I'm assuming the same thing will happen. We'll see how it goes!

Anisa, your timeline says that you were transferred on 11/19. Did you receive a hardcopy notice saying that it was transferred to CSC. I recieved one, but I also received an update like the one you posted saying that it ARRIVED @ CSC and is now being processed there. The 2nd message I got, also exactly like yours did not specify CSC like yours.

45 days later....... Still no EAD approval! :crying:

What's going on? I see other ppl who filed before and after me getting approved right on the oct avg!?!

So frustrated......... :angry:

Got my SECOND email notification that EAD Card Production was ordered, on December 11th!!!

I hope I get it today or tomorrow!
