Hi all , I'm just wondering

we are using a co-sponsor , our cosponsor is my father in law , he completed the I-1864 , does he have to complete the I-864 A (CONTRACT BETWEEN HOUSE HOLD AND )

He should complete one or the other. If he lives in the same house as your wife, he may complete an I-864A. If he does not then it's the I-864.

N-400 package mailed: 04/16/2013

N-400 package delivered: 04/16/2013

NOA1 date: 04/17/2013

Biometrics: 08/23/2013

Interview: 10/07/2013

Oath: 01/23/2014

DONE!

good because he doesnt live in the same house , but USCIS sent a ref saying that we filed the old version of I-864A

While we didnt file it,.hahah, my lawyer sent them that they made a mistake , because we filed I-864 and the case was resumed , now , I got another ref update online and was wondering if it is the same one or no

but apparently it is a new one
