So, I talked to a customer rep at USCIS and they have the same status. That processing has resumed. I guess that touch did not mean anything :(. I hate waiting. :angry:

Patient is the virtue..Easier said than done but I'm on the same boat. You are next..And probably me. They touched my file this afternoon 09/30/2009.. I see a glimps of light at the end of the tunnel but than again start doubting...

2009-09-30 -> I-129 Approved

2009-09-30 -> I-130 Approved

2009-10-14 -> NVC Received

2009-10-15 -> Received/Sent DS-3032

2009-10-15 -> Received/Paid I-864 Bill

2009-10-19 -> Send I-864 Packet

2009-10-26 -> NVC Received DS-3032

2009-10-28 -> Receive/Pay IV Bill Pay

2009-10-29 -> Send DS-230 (Overnight)

2009-10-30 -> NVC Received (DS-230) 11:00 AM

2009-11-03 -> NVC Entered DS-230 in system.

2009-11-09 -> Received email requesting DS-230....

2009-11-12 -> Log in to Consular Electronic App Center failed!!

2009-11-13 -> Case complete

They said the same thing to me because we rang them today about why our online status hasn't changed, they said well thats because you haven't been approved.. I said well it's not what this official letter says here...... She paused.. And said sometimes the system doesn't update and I can only tell you what I see and I can't go into your case.. She was like speaking to a robot!!!!

U were touched the next day just like me. That is a good sign.

I did not get a chance to call them today as I have been swamped with work. But, so much for their new and improved website :lol:. I am glad u called them today it gives me some hope. Maybe three touches does the trick. Let see, but thanks I really do hope I can get that NOA2 and I can move on.

U were touched the next day just like me. That is a good sign.

It says that you were on touched on 9/30/09 and did you get your email immediately after, or did it came in your inbox later the day. I am just getting anxious about this touch :).
