I am in hospital waiting to have my appendix out :clock: , Just checked my emails still nothing from CSC.... Yep thats right I brought my lap top with me... Ohh the joys of wifi... I hope when I wake up properly tomorrow I get some good news...

Sorry I hope that goes well and without much pain. But, I am with you on the laptop I would probably bring it with me to keep me in check about my case. I do think your going to get yours in the mailbox soon. :thumbs:

I do hope I am next. After a lot of freaking out I am positive I am getting an approval now. I just want my eyes to see it :lol:.

Hey Star - Is V. Semeghi the only employee there in CSC? No wonder why they take forever to deal with petition ...lol..Actually he signed my RFE too..

Hey Star - Is V. Semeghi the only employee there in CSC? No wonder why they take forever to deal with petition ...lol..Actually he signed my RFE too..

He seems to be the only one that picks up the mail :lol:. On the positive note they may not be approving any K-1's, but they are definitely picking up their mail. So, there is some kind of action :lol:.

Why would not approving K1 be a positive note although mine is K3? Hopefully they get my approval out this week.

By the way I think the reason for pp pic RFE could be becuase my wife had cultural make ups and necklesses while taking the pic. But I am still confused why they asked for mine too and 2 each? I thought the requirement was 1 each for 130 and 129 both?

Oops, my apologies. I am just glad that they are picking up their mail and its in good hands with V. Semeghi. Hopefully, this time he will process it quickly.

Yeah, it seems as if they are very particular about passport pictures. My fiance gave me the wrong size, and I had to have him resend me the particular size they needed.
