if you get your papers straight as they want or demand....any India embassy would be easy to pass by...but hey...I went to 3 different agents (lawyer in U.S. lingo)....they all had a long list of things to do for me...while I got most done using vj guidelines....and help from all of u great souls...thanks for that....so yes agents do make ur life hell if u r fully trust them and dont question or discuss things with them...

Well....here is my experience from the Amsterdam Consulate in Holland...I was there with my fiance. I am the USC. The agent there asked ME all the questions...didn't ask HIM...the beneficiary, ANY questions.

So, it was very easy to answer questions about myself...and guess what?? He passed. LOL.

So as far as the EASIEST to get a visa from...I vote for Amsterdam.

-Blu-

OMG, the same happened to us at Montreal. Usually I am the extrovert of the couple, but I went  and the redhead answered all the questions. It was really easy (so he says, I don't remember squat  )

The Dominican Republic is one of the few (or only) which requires the USC to attend the K-1/K-3/CR-1 interview with the beneficiary.

And their long wait to even get that interview was out of control (17 mths after NOA2 for us). The wait has improved, but attendance requirement remains.
