Hello to everyone...

I'm pretty much a green apple to this web community and I hope people will be able to lift my spirits up while patiently waiting for the results of my ROC case. I filed the i751 on july 16, 2009 in CSC, everything went on smoothly till the biometrics appointment on august 27. I've been checking my online status but it still shows it is on the 2nd stage- "initial case review" phase, when I guess most people who filed the same date have their GC delivered or at least an approval letter have been mailed already...

I keep on wondering, am I just kinda impatient, or there is something negative that is bound to happen-RFE/Interview???

I'd appreciate same date applicants to share their insights and experiences...thanks in advance...

Welcome! :) Looks like you are not on the July Filers list yet. Please go to the below thread and add your name or ask them to add your name:

July 2009 I-751 Filers

People get approvals at different times and there are several people from July CA Service Center filers who don't have an approval yet, so you are still within range. Hopefully you will get an approval soon! I am from the June filers and we just got the approval last week... and still there are several people who are waiting for approval from CSC. What to say of the poor Vermont Service Center people... not a single one has approval from June or July Filers list! :crying:
