Hello every one,

Hi evey one our case for k3 us citzen petioning for husband move to local los angeles office on On February 12, 2009 and we got notice saying which all this which is mention below.

On February 12, 2009 we transferred this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN to our LOS ANGELES, CA location for processing because they now have jurisdiction over the case.

we petion for K3 on november 10,2008 but later we got notice saying that our case tansfer to los angeles CA Now it been over 6 month since our case move to los angeles office but heard nothing .i need you guys help .do you know about it or it happend to any one of of you ? i hope i will have some informatino from you guys.it really making us worry .

Contact the Los Angeles office directly and ask them. Usually cases transferred to local offices (when not in error) are because USCIS is questioning either the US Citizen's status, the validity of the marriage or both.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

hi, i don't mean to scare you but my i-129f for my spouse was transferred to L.A office 15 months ago and have not yet heard a word from them .

Thanks for sharing ur imgration problem with me .it is been sad that you not heard any thing from local office of los angeles.i hope soon you will have good news.

i am looking forward to infopass Appointment so at least know what is going on?
