I'd vote but my fiance doesn't send me any compensation.

I have nothing against Filipinas who receive money from their beaus. :thumbs:

Some families might perceive this as a positive since it shows that the man can support the woman so that's a plus.

I've been pampered by my parents and will eventually live in the States with Jordan so I'd rather let him know that I can be independent and pitch in when the time comes. (I won't need my yaya anymore. Haha!)

I want to live a happy and simple life with my future esposo. :lol:

yeah. Some filipinas are actually self sufficient! My wife was one of those people too. I only sent money for the visa stuff/plane ticket and one lump $500 dollar sum so that she could move out of her employers house when things started to get bad right before she left. (they were upset they were losing their employee that had been with them for so many years that they started to treat her bad)

Well, me, I drained my fiancé's (now husband) wallet, am I bad? :innocent::whistle::rofl:

No limit. I never asked him to send any before actually, but he's just very generous and would just surprise me that he send this and that.
