I see posts quite often here where people with very straight-forward cases have made time consuming mistakes that may have been averted.

For photos: I sent two from each time we were together (except from when we met and the visit in September). In all honesty, you could probably just send one or two and as long as you've got the primary evindence (photos are considered secondary evidence) you're good. I'm sure the good people at USCIS have better things to do than thumb through 100's of photos of the same people in front of landmarks and in retaurants.

My fiance and I are both pretty camera-shy. If it hadn't been for my aunt and mom insisting on taking pictures of us, we wouldn't have had much for that visit. On one visit, there weren't any pictures taken at all.

To show you were living together, do you have envelopes from past bills with both of your names on them? Or even just envelopes sent to each of you separately but that show the same address, and have postmarks from around the same time. I think that will go a lot further in proving you've met than some photos from a friend's party.

Welcome to VJ and good luck!

Thanks for the responses. I'm pulling together plane tickets and hotel receipts. However, we didn't have mail delivered to the same address as we both rented our own residence (this is really a parental/cultural issue as we weren't officially married). Despite this, we effectively lived together as our residences are 40 minutes away, so we stayed at her place on weekdays and my place on weekends. Do you know what you would show in this circumstance? I can definitely pull up receipts of items I've bought for her place like a tv that we used together, or movies from netflix that are delivered to her. I'm just trying to find "primary evidence" even though to me (obviously bias), we lived so close it's kind of hard to believe we didn't see each other.

Thanks again.

Not a problem if you do not have many pictures, my fiance and I only took 6 pictures of us together and we only had like 30 emails when we filed for a k1 visa and here I am married and it all went well, THEY ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN KNOWING YOUR RELATIONSHIP IS AUTENTIC AND NOT FRAUD...THAT YOU LOVE AND KNOW THIS PERSON. THAT IS IT.
