I think you need to bring all of the original documents that you submitted. Two 2x2 pics is also good idea.

I took all of the originals I had submitted with my N400 application, plus my driver license and passport. I didn't take any extra photos with me. They send a checklist with the interview letter and I went through it to make sure I had everything they wanted.

Good luck! :star:

We brought in all the originals that we sent photocopies of plus from friends, tossed in a joint utility bill, IO asked my wife for that, surprise, here it is. Did the same for AOS, but that IO didn't want to see any of that stuff, this paranoid person did. Plus her old and renewed foreign passports to make sure we were not lying about our trips that we put down. Since we submitted our application with an expired green card and one year extension, did make a nice copy of that for her IO, wanted to make life easy for them and we had extra photos in case they lost hers, only reason to bring those in, USCIS tends to lose things, but not their fault, it's yours.

Wife wore a nice business suit and I was dressed up as well, our main goal was to only make this long trip once and only lose one day of pay. We did bring along our cell phones and camera, but left those in the car. While they do give you some contact information about your IO, it's impossible to contact that person. Took quite awhile to prepare for that trip with checking and double checking, and complete organization of our originals so my wife could quickly whip those out without going through a stack of stuff. We had quite a stack.

Be prepared.

Oh don't forget about the civics test, we reviewed all the questions and answers twice on our long drive over there.
