In short, yes. Much of the information will be the same, but some of it will probably need to be updated. How long ago did you do the first one?

I did the first one two years ago ! My case is not expired yet! This is for the US consulate in VietNam not for USCIS. So i don't think i have time to re-do it! I think the Consulate needs me to return my DS-230 Part I that i did two years ago!

Absolutely not. The petition was reaffirmed and sent back to HCMC. You need to submit a new, up-to-date DS-230 Part I.

By "completed" the meaning is do not send a blank form. Fill out (COMPLETE) the form and submit it to the consulate.

Your fiancee needs to SIGN and DATE the form. It should be current as of the date it's SIGNED. Why on earth would the consulate want information that's two years old?

If you REALLY want to be sure, then email the consulate. Expect a reply in about a week.

If she is the 'beneficiary' yes she must sign it and date it (part I only) .. did she already submit the DS 2001 signed?

Why don't you just have her print it out and refill it out over there and file it at the embassy?
